Q: How quickly are orders processed and delivered?

A: Orders process and ship within 48 hours as long as your item is in stock. We ship from Los Angeles, California and use UPS Ground Shipping. The estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We charge $5.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $50, anywhere in the U.S. - except Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. These destinations require special rates.


Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, you can get free U.S. ground shipping when your order subtotals $50 or more - except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. These destinations require special shipping rates.


Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: Yes, we offer the following UPS shipping options: 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air. These shipping options can be selected on the checkout page where you enter your credit card information.


Q: Will I receive a tracking number or order confirmation?

A: Yes, you will receive an order confirmation immediately after your order is placed. Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund. You may return a product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.


Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product for another D&A product. If the new item is of greater value than the item purchased, you must pay the difference.  If the new item is of lesser value than the item purchased, you will be credited the excess amount.  You can exchange a product within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Any product you exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, at this time we don’t ship to destinations outside of the U.S..
